Important: For eligible visa-free visitors, BI describes a 30-day initial stay and possible 29-day waiver. BI says an ACR I-Card is required after more than 59 days; temporary visitors who have stayed six months or more need an ECC-A before departing. The 36-month point applies to non-visa-required nationals, not every status. Confirm with BI ↗ before acting.
